All Terms and Conditions including Refunds

Made to order Terms and Conditions:
This means you product(s) will need to be made to order, these products(s) are made in-store, you will be sent a seperate email after placing your order to let you know when the wait time frame. If you would like to check the current wait time before placing an order please call /txt 0418634839 before ordering.

Refund Terms and Conditions: Full Refunds will only be given for faulty good(s).
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a full refund on a faulty product , the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Full Refunds will not be given for change of mind, please make sure you read the wait time frames.

Returns or Exchanges Terms and Conditions:
If for any reason you wish to return an item please note the following: 
We do not refund for change of mind or if it doesn't suit.

We offer store credit or exchange of size/colour (when we have the stock available). If we can't meet the exchange request an automatic store credit is provided. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Sale or clearance items are not returnable at any stage.

Please return your item(s) within 14days, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and for the new item to return to you.


If you are shipping you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We will not refund Gift cards.

Clearance/Sale Items terms and Conditions : Are not at any stage Returnable,Refundable or Exchangeable
